跨尺度多材质铸造件智能加工机器人技术

入选理由:天津大学、天津中屹铭科技有限公司联合开发的跨尺度多材质铸造件智能加工机器人技术,解决了磨切机床灵活性不足和串联磨削机器人刚度不高的难题。提出了多模式控制与自适应工艺规划技术,实现了铸造件复杂形貌自识别、工艺参数自调整、主轴负载自感知和定位误差自补偿的智能磨切加工。研制出多个系列不同规格的并联加工机器人产品,应用于航空航天、汽车、船舶、轨道交通等领域的零部件制造,解决了铸造件高效高质量磨切一体的加工难题。
The smart machining robot technology for multi-dimensional and multi-material casting parts, developed
jointly by Tianjin University and Tianjin Zhong Yiming Technology Co., Ltd., resolves the poor flexibility of grinding/cutting machine and the low rigidity of serial grinding robot. In this project, the multi-mode control and adaptive process planning technology was put forward, leading to the realization of intelligent grinding and cutting process featuring self-recognition of complicated casting part shape, self-adjustment of process parameters, selfperception of main shaft load, and self-compensation of positioning error. In addition, multiple series and different specifications of parallel machining robots have been developed, and applied to casting parts manufacturing in fields of aviation & aerospace, automobile, shipping, and rail transit, etc., solving the integrated machining problem of efficient and high-quality grinding and cutting of casting parts.
