能源与环境综合平台E-JIT

入选理由:三菱电机的能源与环境综合平台E-JIT,在不降低生产力(交期)的前提下,可实现生产力、能源效率和环境负荷这3 个指标在同一平台系统中处理,通过科学的计算最佳排产与制造、能源与排放管理,达到最优的成本降低。在E-JIT 生产中,通过高度模拟生产力、能源和环境数据来识别无用的部分,将能源效率和环境负荷高精度地转换并预测为生产成本,通过将不同评估方法的生产率转换为统一指标的生产成本,实现对生产成本的高精度预测,在可能保持生产力的同时应对节能及环境法规。平台应用已经从制造业现场扩展到交通、楼宇、能源等各领域。
The E-JIT Electric energy environment platform provided by Mitsubishi Electric enables the processing of all three indicators, namely, productivity, energy efficiency and environmental load, in the same platform, without hindering productivity (delivery time) to minimize costs through scientific calculation of best product scheduling and manufacturing as well as energy and emission management. In E-JIT-based production, the intense simulations of productivity, energy and environment data would distinguish useful data from the useless, so that the energy efficiency and environmental load can be precisely converted into production costs in prediction; production rates acquired through different assessment methods would be converted into production costs following unified indices to ensure a high-precision prediction of the production costs and compliance with regulations related to energy and environment conservation while maintaining productivity. The application of E-JIT Electric energy environment platform has expanded from manufacturing sites to various fields, including transportation, buildings and energy.
