入选理由:立邦中国打造涂料行业绿色高效质优的个性化定制新模式,构建信息化管理集成系统,实现对MES、LIMS、TMS、WMS、APS 等系统信息的无缝集成。利用智能装备与传感技术、物联网技术构建互联互通的绿色涂料生产系统,打造智能制造数字化及网络化基础。建立基于微服务的工业APP,采用新型微服务框架技术对执行系统制造业务进行细粒度划分,根据业务逻辑实现服务间的组合,以适应不同工厂业务流程差异及需求变更,实现MES 快速部署。应用深度学习和遗传算法,考虑完善的约束条件并建立排程模型,对关键参数持续优化以提高参数的自适应性,实现复杂涂料生产流程的优化控制。
Nippon Paint China has constructed a new mode of green, efficient and high-quality personalized customization in the coating industry to build an information-based management and integration system that allows seamless integration of MES, LIMS, TMS, WMS, APS and other systematic information. Smart devices, sensing technology and IoT technology are utilized to build an inter-connected green painting production system and lay the foundation for digitalized and networked intelligent manufacturing. A microservice-based industrial app is developed to carry out fine-grained division of the manufacturing operations in the execution system by new-type microservices architecture technology and combine different services based on corresponding operation logic so that the variation in operation flows and demands of different factories may be satisfied and quick MES deployment realized. Deep learning and genetic algorithms are applied, with complete constraint conditions considered and scheduling models constructed, to keep optimizing essential parameters for self-adaptability improvement and ensure an optimized control over complex painting production flows.
