GalaxySpace (Beijing) Network Technology Co., Ltd, addressing the growing demands of commercial space and 6G space–ground integration; has established a flexible; automated; and digital intelligent manufacturing system for satellites. The project has broken through the industry bottleneck of reconciling low cost mass production with high reliability; achieving an annual manufacturing capacity of 100–150 satellites while significantly shortening production cycles and reducing costs. Following the principle of Design for Manufacturing (DFM); the system adopts modular; integrated; and standardized design approaches for eliminating barriers to large-scale production from the outset. Through the development of a “pulsation + island type” flexible production line; a dynamically adjustable manufacturing system has been formed; supporting the complete production chain for satellites ranging from 100 to 2,000 kilograms. The system also establishes a digital twin model to achieve data-driven penetrating control of the entire satellite batch production process; forming a standardized production line digital control method with good demonstrability and wide applicability. By connecting with more than one thousand partners; GalaxySpace has built a highly collaborative industrial ecosystem; making significant contributions to the construction of China’s satellite internet infrastructure.
