高速列车走行部主动安全保障系列化车载系统

高速列车走行部服役状态直接影响列车运行安全,对其进行主动安全保障是高铁强国领先领跑的迫切需求。面向广域环境复杂工况下高速列车走行部瞬变信号感测难、多源数据诊断难、多变场景部署难等重大挑战,西南交通大学联合江苏路航科技等企业开展了产学研用系统攻关,突破了走行部瞬变信号高敏感测、多源混合信号增强诊断、跨场景主动适配部署等关键技术,自主研发了系列化车载监测 / 控系统,广泛应用于我国高速列车实际运营,并随印尼雅万高铁走出国门;为高速列车日常运行保驾护航,显著提升了高铁安全性,为高端装备测控行业进步提供了重要示范。
 
The operational condition of high-speed train running gear directly impacts train safety; making proactive safety assurance an urgent priority for leading the global high-speed rail industry. To address major challenges in sensing transient signals under complex; wide-area environmental conditions; diagnosing multi-source data; and deploying systems across diverse scenarios; Southwest Jiaotong University partnered with companies like Jiangsu Luhang Technology in a comprehensive industry-academia-research-application initiative. This effort overcame key technical barriers in high-sensitivity transient signal detection; enhanced multi-source hybrid signal diagnosis; and cross-scenario adaptive deployment. The team independently developed a series of onboard monitoring and control systems; now widely used in China's high-speed rail operations and exported with the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway in Indonesia. These systems safeguard daily train operations; significantly improve high-speed rail safety; and set a benchmark for advancement in the high-end equipment monitoring and control sector.
