Holley Technology Ltd. has established a digital-intelligent collaborative smart factory dedicated to electricity meter manufacturing. The factory integrates multiple fully automated production lines and information systems; combining AI with industrial expertise to tackle key challenges in discrete manufacturing; such as flexible scheduling and quality traceability for multi-variety; small-batch production. A unified architecture of "One Cloud; Four Networks; and One AI" has been built to achieve seamless multi-system integration and data-driven decision-making. Locally deployed AI large models are used for production optimization; while blockchain technology ensures precise full-process traceability. The factory also adopts BOP technology to integrate R&D and manufacturing; and incorporates multi-energy systems. As one of the first facilities connected to the State Grid EIP platform; it has been recognized as an exemplary smart factory. The transformation has led to significant improvements in labor productivity and yield rate; shortened R&D cycles; and reduced energy consumption. The model has empowered hundreds of enterprises and been successfully promoted to dozens of upstream and downstream companies across the industrial chain.
