常州博瑞电力自动化设备有限公司联合北京机械工业自动化研究所有限公司、江苏长江智能制造研究院，针对构网型电力成套装备“多品种、变批量、短交期”特点，融合 AI、数字孪生等技术构建智能工厂。创新多维数据驱动智慧研发体系，自研工具与数字孪生验证系统，实现需求感知、模型生成与方案迭代；打造“AI+ 制造”模式，研发工业模型、算法及 APP，实现数据互通与业务优化；建供应链平台贯通上下游信息。关键装备、软件全栈自研，改造后显著增长营收，缩短研制周期、降低不良率、提升订单准时率。入选首批卓越级智能工厂，参编多项智能制造国标，牵头构建智造生态圈，带动近千家企业升级。
 

NR Electric Power Electronics Co., Ltd in collaboration with the Beijing Research Institute of Automation for Machinery Industry Co., Ltd and the Jiangsu Changjiang Intelligent Manufacturing Research Institute Co., Ltd has established a smart factory for grid-forming power equipment; integrating AI and digital twin technologies to address the challenges of multi-variety; variable-batch; and short-cycle production. An innovative multi-dimensional data-driven intelligent R&D framework has been built; supported by self-developed tools and digital twin verification systems to realize demand perception; model generation; and solution iteration. Through the creation of an "AI + Manufacturing" model; the team has developed industrial models; algorithms; and applications that enable data interconnection and business optimization. A supply chain collaboration platform has also been established to connect upstream and downstream information flows. All key equipment and software are independently developed in-house. Following the transformation; the factory has achieved significant growth in revenue; shortened development cycles; reduced defect rates; and improved on-time delivery performance. Recognized as one of the first exemplary smart factories in China; the project participated in drafting multiple national standards for intelligent manufacturing and took the lead in building an intelligent manufacturing ecosystem; driving upgrades across nearly one thousand enterprises.
