南京钢铁股份有限公司聚焦钢铁企业数字化“数据管理使用、管控协同、决策支撑、产业共赢”等核心难题,从生产层、运营层和产业链层研究全要素资源智能优化与协同调控机制。突破全价值链数据治理、多工序智能协同、产业深度互联、关键环节机理与智能的融合等难题,构建云端协作与全域数据底座、市场与风险精准预测模型,形成钢铁企业全要素资源优化与智慧运营核心关键技术,打造集群化管控、一体化运营、车间级互联的生产新模式。低应力薄板、低温镍系钢分别规模化应用于国产首艘大型邮轮、大型低温储罐,生产岗位优化 12% 以上,吨钢质量成本显著下降,效益突出。
 
Nanjing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has focused on addressing core challenges in the digital transformation of steel enterprises; such as data management and utilization; coordinated control; decision-making support; and industrial synergy. From the perspectives of production; operation; and the industrial chain; the company has explored intelligent optimization and coordinated regulation mechanisms for full-element resources. The project has achieved breakthroughs in full-value-chain data governance; multi-process intelligent collaboration; deep industrial interconnection; and the integration of mechanism with intelligence in key processes. By establishing a cloud-based collaborative system and an enterprise-wide data infrastructure; as well as developing precise market and risk prediction models; the company has formed a set of core technologies for full-element resource optimization and intelligent operation in the steel industry. A new production model featuring cluster-based control; integrated operation; and workshop-level interconnection has been realized. Low-stress thin plates and low-temperature nickel steel have been successfully mass-produced and applied in China's first large cruise ship and large-scale cryogenic storage tanks. Production post optimization has exceeded 12%; the quality cost per ton of steel has dropped significantly; and overall operational efficiency has been remarkably enhanced.
