面向批量定制的自适应可重构柔性控制技术

中国科学院沈阳自动化研究所提出了一种融合在线工艺知识学习与推理、自动编程为一体的工艺与控制一体化、自动化架构,突破了非结构化工艺知识高效提取、工艺知识主动推荐、复杂约束下机器人快速路径寻优、机器人与 PLC 程序自动生成与转换等技术,实现批量定制过程柔性控制系统的自适应可重构,大幅缩短批量定制的工艺规划和编程的离线调整时间以及交付周期。已在电梯行业示范应用,研发出的自适应可重构柔性装配系统,大幅缩短电梯批量个性化定制的交付周期,并已推广至航天重大防务装备的柔性制造。
 
SIA, CAS has proposed an integration and automation architecture of online process knowledge learning and reasoning, adaptive motion planning, automatic programming process control to achieve breakthroughs in efficient extraction of unstructured process knowledge, active recommendation of process knowledge, rapid robot path optimization under complex constraints, and automatic generation and conversion of robot and PLC programs. As a result, the adaptive reconfiguration of the flexible control system over the batch customization process is realized, significantly shortening the time for process planning and programming offline adjustment and delivery cycle of batch customization. It has been demonstrated and applied in the elevator industry. The adaptive reconfigurable flexible assembly system developed by SIA has greatly shortened the delivery cycle of personalized batch customization of elevators, and has now been applied to the flexible manufacturing of major aerospace defense equipment.
