入选理由:重庆红江围绕高技术船用新型柴油机燃油喷射系统的研发和生产,在信息流转层和实物加工层突破知识化协同研发、智能化柔性制造等关键技术,打造基于工业APP且自主可控的柴油机研发生态,建成精益化智能生产单元和柔性生产线,探索适合离散型制造企业的智能制造新模式。IDE平台柔性更强;智能质量管理(IQM)系统实现自主可控;与重庆大学联合研发的制造执行系统(MES)应用遗传算法优化有限资源排产;多品种柔性自适应技术实现单分钟换产。多项智能装置关键技术实现船用柴油机动力配套行业智能化加工,加工效率显著提升。

CQHJ has research and production efforts on high-tech fuel injection systems for marine diesel engines, in the information flow layer and physical processing layer, made breakthroughs in key technologies such as knowledge-based collaborative development and intelligent flexible manufacturing to create a controllable diesel engine development system based on industrial APP, build lean intelligent production units and flexible production lines, and explore a new intelligent manufacturing model suitable for discrete manufacturing enterprises. The IDE platform offers greater flexibility; the Intelligent Quality Management (IQM) system makes sure the operations are independent and controllable;   the manufacturing Execution system (MES) jointly developed with CQU utilizes genetic algorithms to optimize limited resource scheduling; multi-species flexible adaptive techniques achieve single-minute exchange. Multiple key technologies of intelligent equipment help realize intelligent processing in advanced manufacturing of marine power subsystems, with a significant increase in processing efficiency.
