入选理由:中铁装备联合数字化服务企业在非标定制大型装备制造行业探索盾构机智能制造模式。三维非标智能化设计与工艺,提高盾构机个性化定制的设计开发效率;计划和执行信息化技术,提升盾构机多产线混流协同作业水平;生产制造资源动态监控和调配技术,提升资源利用率和集中管控能力;智能机器人协同焊接技术,解决特厚板多层多道智能焊接、狭小空间避障、多机器人协同等难题;应用数字孪生和UWB定位技术,大幅提高车间透明化管理水平。多系统数据贯通打通多源异构数据的纵向通道,为设计制造一体化奠定基础、为生产决策提供数据支持,提高企业内部各业务链条的协同匹配。

CREG is working with digital service enterprises in the exploration of an intelligent manufacturing model of shield machines in the non-standard customized manufacturing industry of large equipment. 3D non-standard intelligent design and processing is able to improve the design and development efficiency of characterized customization of shield machines; IT-based planning and implementation enhances the level of multi-production-line mixed-flow collaborative operation; dynamic monitoring and allocation technology of production and manufacturing resources is adopted to improve resource utilization and centralized management and control capacity; synergetic welding technology is integrated into intelligent robots to solve problems like intelligent multi-layer and multi-pass welding of extra-thick plates, obstacle avoidance in narrow and small spaces and the synergy of multiple robots; digital twinning and UWB positioning technologies are adopted to significantly improve the transparent management over workshops. Data generated by multiple systems are pooled to open up vertical channels connecting multi-source isomerous data, lay a foundation for design and manufacturing integration, provide data support for production decision making, and improve synergic matching between different business chains within a company.
