智能注塑工厂关键技术

入选理由:美的集团智能制造研究院开展智能注塑工厂的关键技术研究与应用,从数字化、自动化、先进工艺等多个方面进行突破,消除注塑生产中存在的断点,提升注塑工厂的自动化、数字化和智能化水平,显著降低生产成本、提高生产效率,并且减少生产过程中的高能耗环节,实现绿色智能制造。这些技术具有广泛适用性,全面推广后取得显著经济收益,并且助力注塑生产过程的减碳,对节能降耗、绿色发展产生良好的社会效益。目前美的已将这些技术进行产品转化,并且提供注塑工厂智能制造完整解决方案。

The Intelligent Manufacturing Research Center of Midea Group has investigated the key technologies for intelligent manufacturing of injection molding factory by making major breakthroughs of digitalization, automation, advanced techniques and other aspects. The applications of these technologies can eliminate the breakpoints of the manufacturing process and improve the technical merits of automation, digitalization and intellectualization in the injection molding factories. In a result, the technologies help the factories reduce production cost, enhance manufacturing efficiency and also reduce the energy-consuming procedures to achieve green intelligent manufacturing. These technologies are widely applicable and their applications have generated significant economic returns and sound social benefits towards carbon reduction and green development. Up to now, Midea is commercializing these technologies into products to offer complete solutions of intelligent manufacturing of injection molding factory.
