入选理由：中联重科大型柔性智能备料车间集成近50台智能切割机、约70台视觉机器人、超100台智能AGV，以及APS、MES、LES等多套智能信息化系统，实现从钢板来料到成品交付的全流程智能制造。创新研究动态平衡的需求排产、超级排料人工智能算法、高精度智能切割、搬运机器人多任务群体协同等关键技术，解决传统备料质量稳定性差、生产效率低及成本高等问题，零件精度由毫米级提升至头发丝级，大幅提升材料利用率、精简人员、缩短制造周期、降低库存和成本、减少碳排放，促进工程机械、模块化建筑、桥梁等行业的智能制造转型升级。
Zoomlion’s Large Flexible Intelligent Cutting & Forming Workshop integrates nearly 50 intelligent cutting machines, around 70 visual robots, over 100 intelligent AGVs and several intelligent information systems including APS, MES and LES, to realize the whole-process intelligent manufacturing from incoming steel plates to finished products ready for delivery. Innovative efforts are concerted in studying key technologies like dynamically balanced production scheduling based on demands, super AI discharging algorithms, high-precision intelligent cutting and multi-task crowd synergy of transfer robots, so as to solve problems such as low stability in quality, low production efficiency and high costs of traditional stock preparation. The parts accuracy has been improved from millimeter level to hair level, as substantial improvements take place in material utilization, workforce downsizing, manufacturing cycle shortening, inventory and costs reduction and carbon emission reduction, to facilitate the transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing in sectors like engineering equipment, modular building and bridge construction.
