5G智能制造基地创新实践

入选理由：中兴通讯以极端场景为驱动，围绕智能工厂数字化生产线、自动化测试及实时数据交互需求，突破5G工业互联网基础网络技术，建立企业级协同制造工业互联网iMES平台，实现了24类典型业务场景下的5G工业互联网创新应用。通过广泛应用机器人、机器视觉、云化AGV、AR/VR、AI、数字孪生等技术，建有一系列自动化生产线、立体仓库、自动化输送线等，实现产品不落地、端到端的柔性自动化生产，其中生产效率明显提高、单位人时产出大幅提高，生产人力成本显著降低。
ZTE has made breakthrough innovations in fundamental networking technology of 5G Industrial Internet, as driven by extreme scenarios and intelligent factories’ demands of digital production lines, automated testing and real-time data interaction, built an enterprise-level collaborative manufacturing Industrial Internet platform, iMES, and achieved innovative applications of 5G Industrial Internet under 24 categories of typical business scenarios. Technologies like robots, machine vision, cloud-based AGVs, AR/VR, AI and digital twin are extensively used to build a series of automated production lines, stereoscopic warehouses and automated transmission lines, so that a fully-connected end-to-end flexible automated production is realized, with the production efficiency obviously improved, JPMH substantially increased and labor costs for production significantly lowered.
